Q: How does postage work?

A: When you hire an item, it will be couriered to you. It will arrived with a return courier bag that, once you’ve finished with your item, you can use to return your item. Postage is calculated and charged at the time of booking. All items are tracked, so it is possible to see when items are returned to The Sari Collective. Items that are posted late will incur late fees.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: As soon as you know you need to cancel your order, please email cancellations@thesaricollective.co.nz to cancel your order. We will action this at our end.As per our Terms and Conditions, the following Cancellation Policy applies;

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cancelled within 7 days of your chosen hire period will not be refunded. This is to cover loss of income.

Orders that are cancelled within 14 days of your chosen hire period will receive a 50% refund. This is to cover loss of income and administration fees.

Orders cancelled more than 14 days before your chosen hire period will receive a full refund.

Q: What is the bond charged for?

A: A $100 bond is charged for all hires to cover the cost of damage. This bond is refundable once your item has been returned. If items are damaged, The Sari Collective will contact you to discuss the damages. Damages and late fees will be deducted from your bond.
